Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Veriixa service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Veriixa provides a web workspace to help teams run the Entrepreneurial Operating System, including tools for V/TO, Rocks, Scorecard, Issues, To-Dos, and Level 10 meetings. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens in your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or infringing purpose;
• upload content that you do not have the right to share;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in your workspace. You grant Veriixa a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your team.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers such as Google (sign-in), Lovable Cloud / Supabase (hosting and database), and Firecrawl (optional website color extraction). We are not responsible for the availability or acts of those providers.

Trademarks

Veriixa is not affiliated with EOS Worldwide. EOS® and the related terminology are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veriixa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the Service itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
