Who we are

Veriixa ("Veriixa", "we", "us") provides a web workspace for teams running the Entrepreneurial Operating System. We operate from the United States. Questions about this policy can be sent to veriixaofficial@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide when signing in with Google (name, email address, and profile picture) or by creating an email and password account.
• Workspace content you create in the app, including your V/TO, Rocks, Scorecard, Issues, To-Dos, meeting notes, ratings, and any files you upload such as a company logo.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as session tokens and error logs.

How we use your information

We use your information to authenticate you, provide and maintain the Veriixa service, store your workspace data, and respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

• Google — sign-in with Google authentication.
• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure that stores your workspace data.
• Firecrawl — used only when you paste a website URL into Settings to extract brand colors from that page.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

Veriixa stores an authentication session on your device to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing veriixaofficial@gmail.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at the email above to make a request.

Children

Veriixa is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
